Product Overview
This device is a five-in-one cable fault location system that integrates a cable fault tester, a path meter transmitting module, a high-voltage pulse generator, a large-capacity battery pack, and a positioning instrument. It is used to detect the main insulation fault of power cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below, calibrate the length, and accurately detect the buried direction and depth.

Core functions and components:

Cable fault tester: integrated operating software (single-chip microcomputer control, touch operation), large-capacity lithium battery, independent power supply and anti-interference, stable and convenient.
Cable path meter: built-in battery power supply, supports convenient operation, including overload protection and amplitude adjustment functions.
High-voltage pulse generator: supports battery/AC220V power supply, has DC withstand voltage, single/cycle pulse output and signal feedback functions, with zero protection and automatic discharge when shut down.
Large-capacity battery pack (12.6V): Power supply for high-voltage pulse generator and path meter.
Cable fault positioning instrument: used for accurate positioning of cable fault points.
Scope of application: Covers power cables, high-frequency coaxial cables, street light cables, and underground wires of different cross-sections and media, and can detect low-resistance short circuit/open circuit, high-resistance leakage/flashover and other faults.

Technical compliance: Complies with GB/T 18268.1, DL/T 849.1-2019 (flash tester), DL/T 849.2-2019 (point meter), DL/T 849.3-2019 (path meter), JJF1042-2020 and other standards.
