Product Overview
The High Voltage Pulse Generator fully complies with DL/T846-2016 General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Testing Equipment and DL/T474-2017 Implementation Guidelines for Field Insulation Tests. It is primarily used for impulse discharge testing during cable fault detection at 35kV and below voltage levels, and can also be applied to DC withstand voltage tests of other electrical equipment.
This device integrates a DC high-voltage source, energy storage capacitor, and discharge sphere gap into a single unit, completely replacing traditional bulky test transformers, control boxes, and pulse energy storage capacitors (conventional setups typically weigh over 100kg: a 5kVA transformer alone exceeds 60kg, the control box over 30kg, and the pulse energy storage capacitor over 20kg).
Adopting high-precision, high-stability dedicated high-voltage electronic components and high-frequency high-voltage technology, this generator features a simple overall structure and ultra-lightweight design. With a user-friendly interface and safe, reliable operation, it is engineered to withstand impacts without damage and remains functional even under high-voltage ground short circuits. Currently, it is the lightest and most user-friendly portable DC impulse high-voltage equipment on the market, making it an ideal product for power cable fault detection.
