Product description

Stitcher is a special equipment with coil end to end, its purpose is mainly to ensure the continuous operation of the production line, improve the efficiency of equipment. Widely used in color coating, degreasing, tension correction, rewinding, annealing and other production lines with coil end to end connection.

It consists of inlet roller, main frame, double row mold and synchronous mechanism, guide plate and hydraulic system, electric control system.
The inlet roller is polyurethane roller, which can be adjusted up and down to support the strip.
The main frame is composed of upper beam, base, side frame, guide device, mechanical retracting device, synchronous mechanism and ram. It is a structural part welded with high quality steel plate. Fixed by high strength bolts, side frame and upper beam, base positioning port. It has sufficient strength and stiffness.
Synchronous mechanism is mechanical, through the rack and pinion to achieve.
