Product Function Introduction

Air knife positioning system

A complete set of air knife positioning system lifter includes three parts:air knife vertical positioning device,air knife horizontal positioning device and baffle manual positioning device.

The vertical positioning stroke of the air knife is 600mm,the vertical positioning device of the air knife is driven by the two-stage reducer structure,the double screw lift and the double guide column positioning share a base,the operation is smooth,the torque is large,the lifting capacity of a single screw is up to 5 tons,and the lifting capacity of the whole is up to 20 tons.

The horizontal positioning stroke of the air knife is 100mm,the motor is used to drive the precision reducer,and then the ball screw is driven to achieve the horizontal movement of the air knife and realize the rapid opening function of the air knife.The air knife horizontal reducer is also equipped with a hand wheel,which can manually adjust the position of the air knife in the horizontal direction,and the maximum horizontal opening and closing travel can reach 130mm.

The baffle manual positioning device is installed on the air knife lift,using the hand wheel to drive the reduction ratio of 1:10 RV040 reducer and then drive the ladder screw,adjust the horizontal position of the baffle and the strip steel,the baffle transverse adjustment stroke is±30mm.
