Product Function Introduction

The air knife system is composed of the air knife body, the air knife beam, the air knife angle adjustment system, online automatic lip cleaning mechanism and the air knife transport frame.

The body of the air knife is composed of two knife bodies before and after the strip steel, and each knife body is composed of the upper and lower knife lip and knife body. After the upper and lower lip are tempered by 42CrMo, the fine grinding, chrome plating and polishing process play a guiding role, so that the direction of the air flow is further standardized to a unified direction, and ensure that the lip is not easy to deform under high temperature conditions. The cutter body adopts two chambers and eight metal intake pipes, and the internal shape is uniform transition, which is more in line with the principle of gas dynamics, so that the air flow and direction tend to be consistent, the dynamic pressure and static pressure tend to be stable, the wind resistance is smaller, and the flow rate of the air increases.

The beam of the air knife adopts rectangular beam design. Each air knife beam is connected with the body of the air knife through a metal intake pipe, and the air flow is evenly distributed to the inner chamber of the body. The air knife cross beam intake adopts DN150 quick joint, which can realize fast insertion and removal.
The air knife Angle adjustment system is installed on the cross beam of the air knife, and the air knife Angle mechanism is set and the Angle pointer is displayed. The Angle adjustment is manually adjusted.

The on-line automatic blade cleaning mechanism mainly uses rodless cylinder to drive the mechanical scraping mechanism to move along the length direction of the blade to realize the cleaning effect of the blade on the blade. The operation is simple and the blade is easy to replace.
