It is capable of measuring cable wave propagation speed, testing cable length, and detecting fault distances. Suitable for detecting low-resistance/short-circuit/open-circuit faults, leakage high-resistance faults, and flashover high-resistance faults in various cables (including power cables, coaxial cables, street lamp cables, and underground wires), its technical parameters comply with the requirements of DL/T 849.1 and JJF1042 standards.
